The building that houses 4 Dame Lane used to be a snooker hall for many many years. Owned and run by two old brothers it was a firm favourite among Trinity Students in the 70's and 80's when the Stag's Head down the street used to close for 'Holy Hour' every day. That was old Ireland and when it opened as a bar in 1999 Ireland had truly come of age and was looking for more cosmopolitan experiences! One of the city's most original bars - it's a very much a mix of old and new - it has always had music in it's heart. And that tradition still carries thru' today.

We offer drinks, cocktails and great music 4 nights a week.

We are open from 5pm 'til 2.30am Wednesday thru' Saturday.

We have some of Dublin's finest DJs and Music Specialists playing every Friday & Saturday our Club Space, The Beat Suite.

Our upstairs dance space and lounge, The Beat Suite, is Open Friday & Saturday Nights.
